Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be made for no-shows.
- Cancellation must be via email or call 48 hours prior to scheduled booking.
- Read confirmation emails. It’s a good idea to show Guide your email confirmation on your phone. Make sure you are going with correct company.
- No refunds for going on tour with wrong company or boat.
- Guide will wait for 15 minutes past your ride time. After that your ride will be canceled and no refund given.
- Late arrivals may have deducted time from their tour as boats run on a timely schedule.
